The Benefits of Swimming
Swimming is a good exercise for your body because it allows you to do more without putting stress on your body. Running puts harsh impact on your bones and cause you to be at high risk for injury. Swimming increases your muscle tone, strength and also make you more flexible. Swimming is an aerobic exercise meaning you are working the most important muscle, your heart. It is beneficial to have higher levels of "good" cholesterol and lower levels of "bad" cholesterol, because swimming is an aerobic exercise is has a lower risk of diabetes. Blog you later!
